Mediation Scheduling Calendars

We know how difficult the situation can be that bring parties and their counsel to us. With this in mind, we have done everything in our power to make this process as easy on all parties as possible. We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate the needs of the parties

If you want to mediate on a specific date that is not available, please contact us as it may be possible to re-arrange our schedule to accommodate your needs.

You are only submitting a request for a particular date. Your date will not be confirmed until all parties agree to mediate on a particular date. You may ask us to hold a date until all parties confirm your selected date. However, we will not hold any date for more than 7 days. Once confirmed, we will mark the selected mediation slot as “unavailable” on our scheduling calendar.

Once you click on a date and time slot, an Online Mediation Intake Form will pop-up on your screen. Please fill it out completely and click on the submit button. An email will be sent to our office with a confirmation email sent to you as well.

Once a date is confirmed with all parties, a Mediation Confirmation Packet will be sent to all parties.

About Mediation

Mediation, facilitated by a former judge, involves a trained mediator assisting parties in expressing concerns, exploring solutions, and fostering a business-like, cooperative atmosphere conducive to future constructive communication. Our Process

Initial Consultation

The mediation process begins with an initial consultation where both parties meet with the mediator to discuss the issues at hand. During this session, the mediator will explain the process, establish ground rules, and gather information from each party to understand their perspectives and underlying interests.

Issue Identification and Exploration

The mediator helps both parties identify and prioritize the issues to be resolved. This stage involves exploring each issue in depth through guided discussion, allowing the mediator to help each party express their needs and concerns. The goal is to uncover areas of agreement and clarify misunderstandings.

Negotiation and Resolution

In this final step, the mediator facilitates negotiations between the parties, helping them work towards mutually acceptable solutions. This may involve generating options, evaluating alternatives, and bargaining. The process concludes with the drafting and signing of an agreement that outlines the terms of the resolution.
